Jeej's 2nd Halloween!

What a great 2nd Halloween we all had. Gia and I went to Aunt Melissa's house to trick or treat with Presley and meet up with Emily and her 2 precious daughters Mackenzie and Madison. Princesses, angels, and Snow White!! So much fun, we went out for about an hour and got some candy (for the mom's to eat haha) and it was just so great to see the the girls together and having fun! Happy Halloween everyone!!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN and WACKY HAIR DAY?

Today at school as part of the on going Spirit Week is Wacky Hair day and it is traditional for me to put my hair in pig tails.......not that wacky for Middle School but wacky enough for me haha. I told my kiddos  originally that I would wear a pink shirt if I was having a girl and blue if I was having a boy, but then I thought it is going to be Halloween and I always wear an orange shirt with some kind of crazy headband to boot. So, I told them yesterday that if my pig tail ties are "pink" then it is a girl and if they are "blue" then boy... so as you can see I am wearing blue and I have some bets to pay up now with my kiddos as many thought I was having a boy and I did not!!! Pics later of our little Gigi in her costume and trick or treating!!!!

IT'S A BOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's official Gia is going to be a big sister to a baby BROTHER!!! Sal and I are both in shock as we both thought we were having another girl for sure. I started crying in shock!!! The ultrasound tech said, "So, what do you have now?" "We said,  "A girl."  She said, "Well now you are having a BOY." That was it, I kind of lost it and could not believe my ears!!! Needless to say we are both psyched! The ultrasound tech said there is no doubt it is a boy haha!!

I go for my fetal ultrasound for the measurements etc. on 11/20. Today, at my OB check I had to get the chromosome check as usual at this time and pray all will be ok with that. Otherwise, Dr. said all looks good, so... so far so good.

As for names... we are still in many discussions...many many discussions... haha... we will see. Can't believe we are having a SON!!!! Of course, Sal has already started with planes, camo and me with the skull and crossbone stuff, haha.. this is going to be some trip!!!

WEEKLY BUDDY BELLY SHOT AND TWIN DAY AT SCHOOL!

It is the week of the lemon and avocado!

HAHA!!  Melissa and I did our weekly buddy belly shot and it is also Spirit Week at our school and today was Twin day!! Last year we dressed the same as well, but it was quite different as we were not pregnant!!

This week Melissa is week 14 and her little pumpkin is the size of a lemon and mine is the size of an avocado!! We both are always saying how different the pregnancies are this time and these babies are giving us a run for our money HAHA!!!  Melissa says it has to mean BOYS!!

Well, my dear sweet friend in about 3 hours I will find out, if in fact, my little pumpkin is a BOY!!!!

A night at Norterra!!

We had such a great time last night, we decided to drop by Norterra which is a shopping center up the block from us and they were having a Halloween Night (which next year Gigi and her sibling will be in costume for.) They had a DJ spinning scary music and dance music and Gia went to town dancing!!! I almost died when she started grooving and I am not exaggerating.. our little Jeej LOVES to dance!!  She did not want to go home... Miss Independent had no problem dancing on her own with us watching her!!
