Today.....10 years

10 years ago today was one of the most special days of my life... It was when I got my Little Igby. Today would have been my boy's 10th birthday. I woke up this morning to not being able to say that as Little Igby went to heaven on February 6th. Not a day goes by that I do not miss you, my boy. Losing you is one of the hardest things I have had to go through. I know you are with me as sometimes I hear your little bell but I miss you more than I can even express. With that, Happy Birthday my little Igby.. peashie threash.. you will always and forever be a part of me.

Mmmmm Sal made Middle Easter food!!  Gyro meat of beef and lamb!!! Hummus and tahini with fresh tomato, cucumber and onion!! Honey, for a first try at M.E. food it was extraordinary! I see Gia now has a taste for baklava like her momma too!

Sunday was the family cooking day as always... Sal made homemade pesto and sun dried tomato polenta, meatballs, sauce, and eggplant parm with provolone... needless to say all of it was just divine! I think you are on your way to rival Maggianno's honey!! We love you and thank you for making us such unbelievable food to feed all of our tummies!!!
