Whew!! What a week!! Auntie Tommy came to visit which was awesome, we miss and love her so so much!!! Gigi loves her Auntie Tommy!! I took Gia to the Dr. today because she has not been herself since Sunday. In my gut I knew it was "molar" time but wanted to be sure.. and I was right. It has been a tough week so far between the slight fever, crankiness (which is so not Jeej), and refusal of a bottle... oh boy... I trouble shot a lot this week so far and my biggest worry was Gia getting dehydrated, but being that she loves her sippy cup, I got very crafty making sure she got her whole milk and plenty of fluids.. very cold. Gia is eating very well, but for now we are back on the smooth pureed foods with minimal chewing until all 4 molars come. Her bottom right is here and the left bottom gun is very swollen and going to show a tooth very soon, the top still need to cut through as well. I hated feeling so helpless and doing everything to make little one more comfortable. The ibuprofen helps little lovey and today after the Dr. she seemed more like herself. Gia continues to talk and mimic everything, it is hysterical. Sweet love, this teething will pass and if Mommy and Dada could take on your pain we would in a heartbeat. We love you so so much and you are one brave little girl because between you being uncomfortable you still smile that magical smile that lights up everyones hearts'.
