I know I went overboard with the pictures!! Gia had fun playing of course with her "pink camo" Easter basket of "eggies" and picking flowers and putting them in her eggs... Grandma/Nana and Grandpa stopped over to give Gia her Easter basket which she loved and to drop us off some of the Italian "once a year made" favorite food. We planned on going to my brothers for some Italian feast he prepared but we wanted to stay close to Banner Tbrd in case John Carmine decided to come today.. Gilbert is pretty far to be away from us if something did happen.. wished we could have been there because it sounded so fun with Mateo and Gia doing an egg hunt and that food!!! Michael is making us plates for my parents to take to us... There are other years... Sal and I put together the double stroller today.. pretty simple... it is a beautiful day and next year John Carmine will be with us!!! Happy Easter everyone!!! God Bless!

37 Week Belly Shot

Almost at the end of 37 weeks! This week of Spring Break has been awesome and it went so so fast. It was great being home all the time with my little love Gia...Sleeping right now is an absolute horror show period. Enough said... I have my 38 week Dr appt. Monday with Dr Hu if I make it... we will see... just trying to relax and stay as stress free as possible...tomorrow we are putting the double stroller together which hopefully will not be too hard and hopefully we can get to the bigger swing that we want to put together as well...

Just because...

I just had to post these pictures of little Valentina.. Tomasina's little love.. she is just so precious with her new little hat... it was for the charity called PAWS...this little one is something else and soon I get to meet her!!!

Tommy and little love Valentina... where else ? I say Bloomies in Chi Town of course at the make-up counters... where else? Love you both so much and can't wait to see you!!

PERFECTION! Not sure which of the next 4 I will blow up...

This is it with the pictures before John Carmine comes... these were taken Monday night.. I am going to pick the one of Gia kissing my belly and get it blown up for our family wall.. not sure which of the 4 yet.... I am enjoying the week so much with Gia.. I am craving jelly donuts so I just made a run to Safeway to get some.. haha Gia LOVES jelly donuts so I made sure I picked up enough for the both of us... Gia also has a new found love for NUTELLA just like her mommy!!!  John Carmine is still hanging out in mommy's belly... the pressure gets really tough sometimes.. but this is the end now... any day he can come now!

37 week OB appt.

Went to see Dr. Hu today for my 37 week ob appt.. all is well. John has a strong heartbeat and 80% of my lining is gone and I am dilated 2 cm... so Dr. Hu said I have a 50/50 chance of going into labor this week, which we all knew anyway, that this week or the next it would happen. He told me if my water breaks to of course get right to hospital and they will contact him, if contractions start he said do the same.. as he thinks John will come faster than Gia did and I thought she was fast! Dr. Hu also said that I am to term and if I do go now there is nothing to worry about...  I passed my STREP B test so all is good there, thank goodness.. going to try to take it easy as possible this week with minimal stress as Dr Hu told me to do!  Taking things day by day... we will see...

36 Week Belly Shot

Get a load of this haha!! I mean have I dropped or what!!? It is so funny because anyone who sees me always makes a comment in how low I am and when am I due...  I am hoping I make it through this next week! I go to Dr Hu on Monday again for another cervix check.. oh joy! LOL... I feel good, just slow and the belly is heavy to haul around...Many predict John Carmine will be here either 4/1 or 4/2.. I feel he will be an April baby... just a gut feeling.. I am so glad this upcoming week is Spring Break... just going to relax with my Jeej, chill with friends, and take it SLOW!! Onto week 37!

Weekly Buddy Belly Shots!!

Here we are at 34 and 36 weeks... Melissa's baby Jackson is the size of a butternut squash and John Carmine is the size of a honeydew...haha more like a large pumpkin!!  This will most likely be the last buddy belly shot of our pregnancies...Being that I am supposed to go early and next week is Spring Break.. I think this is it everyone. Melissa,  I have had the best time with you being pregnant our first time together with our girls and now this time with our boys.. the tears, laughter, frustrations, excitement, and the unknown has been the best to share with you ever. Who would have ever thought this can happen to us twice and our babies once again so close together only weeks apart again!! I am so excited to have our little families grow and bond together!! Cheers to us as we begin one of the most exciting times of our lives again together!!! I love you!!
