20 WEEK BELLY SHOT!

Woo hoo! Week 20 coming to a close and feeling great! John Carmine is kicking kicking away and they are getting stronger, it is so cute . I always think he is communicating with me my little love. Gigi's godfather Uncle Jeff  is in town! So excited to have him spend some time with all of us and he is stoked to spend time with "his girl." Pics to come!

WEEKLY BUDDY BELLY SHOT and 5 month OB appt!

Well, well, well, will you look at Melissa and I this week!!!! Boy oh boy literally!! My dear Melissa's JACKSON KURTIS (yes, the name has been chosen and it is beautiful and fitting) is the size of a sweet potato this week and my baby John Carmine is the size of a banana! The boys are growing like crazy thank God!!! Still so crazy that Melissa and I are 2 weeks apart and having boys.. I mean could not be more perfect!!

I had my 5 month OB check today and all is well, The heartbeat is nice and strong and all my blood tests and again the ultrasound (my OB Dr. reviewed) is just where everything should be... My weight is perfect and of course it is all in my belly and boobs again, my LORD!! John Carmine moves all the time and I know the kick a roos will be getting stronger as the time passes. I notice it a lot throughout the day, but he really starts moving and shaking around 5am or so. Haha! My next OB is 4 weeks.. actually the day after Christmas. Moving into month 5 with flying colors and fabulous feelings!! YAY!!

And so the holiday season begins at the Mastropolo house!

Next year we add yet another stocking for baby John Carmine! We still hang a stocking for Sonny because he will forever be in our hearts and we know he is still here with us all the time in spirit.

This is the first year for the Lionel Electric train set! This one was limited edition and Sal had pre-ordered it, thank good ness we got it... next year.. more track! Gia LOVES the train especially when the horn blows and the smoke comes  out!! 

The house sure feels like the holiday season!

Little Valentina is doing wonderful!! She is a little ball of fire! Ruling the house all 2.5 lbs of her!! Her full size weight is projected to be 5 lbs. That is more than our Little Igby Louis. Yes, Tommy is going nuts with buying V the cutest clothes and dresses and she goes everywhere with her Mommy! V, I can't wait for you to meet our Little Igby Louis...hmmmmmm  a match made in heaven??

Thanksgiving 2012

Thanksgiving was so fun, it was at Mom and Dad's and it was filled with such yummy food...It was a great day with family and some close friends that dropped on by!!! Hope that everyone had a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving 2012!

19 WEEK BELLY SHOT!

Feeling great as 19 weeks comes to a close...feel baby John Carmine kicking in there, not that strong yet, but it feels sooooo good!! Hmmm no cravings really too much... just food in general. I go to my Ob Dr. Tuesday for the 20 week check!!! 5 months already... started ordering John Carmine's nursery decor... wait until this is seen haha all is his father's doing!!! Onto week 20!!

The fetal ultrasound went great today. Baby John Carmine's measurements are right where they should be thank you God! He was very cooperative for the picture taking haha... the estimated weight right now is 11 oz. which puts him in the 75th percentile for weight. The ultrasound tech said there is no doubt he is a boy!! Haha!! I go to my OB next Tuesday for my 5 month check and I can't believe it is 5 months already?!!

 It was so exciting for Sal and I to see our love and watch him move around, it is the best!! WE LOVE LOVE LOVE you our sweet baby boy!

WEEKLY BUDDY BELLY SHOT

Look at Melissa and I  this week!! Time is going by fast! Melissa's baby boy is the size of an onion this week and my baby boy is the size of a mango... I always get a kick out of what the size of the baby is compared to fruit and vege wise haha. I am sure we will grow even larger next week because this week is Thanksgiving and that means lots of YUMMY food for our boys!!! We both continue to feel super great and have that beautiful pregnancy glow!!

Tomorrow is the big day and as I write this my little John Carmine is fluttering away... tomorrow is the fetal ultrasound for Sal and I to see our love and get his measurements to make sure he is growing right on the mark. So excited to see him. I remember when we first saw Jeej at 19 weeks, it was such a thrill!!

Weekly Belly Shot 18 weeks!!

WOW, have I popped since last week...  I am already feeling like GODZILLA when I walk LOL!! I was not this big at this point with Gia but everyone is telling me my body is used to being pregnant and it has already been stretched out once.. pleasant huh? I feel great otherwise... I feel John Carmine's little flutters more and more... I looked back in my older posts when I was 19 weeks with Gia I felt the first strong kick... so maybe next week.. but he is a mover and shaker already because those flutters keep on coming.... I put little Jeej's hands on my belly and tell her that is her baby brother in mommy's stomach.. it is so cute the look she gives me... I sleep with all the body pillows once again.. I am comfortable so that is good.. wake up all the time to tinkle which is normal and now I feel more pressure, if that is the right word... not in a bad way.. in my belly, guess it is the fact of the more weight I am carrying around... still exercising on top of all the exercise Jeej gives me.. have to be strong to push John Carmine out like the Jeej haha! This coming Tuesday is the fetal ultrasound so we can see our baby boy.. so so so excited!!!

I am taking in every single moment of every single day.. I actually said out loud today,"I am having a son." It is still sometimes so surreal that this is all happening and I feel like I am on a cloud and so so blessed to have my rock of a husband whom I love more than anything in this world, my baby love Gia who is everything to us, son to be baby John Carmine whom we already love so so much, our pups, wonderful family and friends! God has truly blessed us.  Onto week 19!!

Valentina is home safe and sound in Chi-town!! She is getting along perfectly with her big brother Dante and already Tommy said she is going to rule the house... I can already see it in her little eyes!! These 2 loves have the best Mom to take care of them.. talk about spoiling haha!! Welcome home Princess!!! Can't wait to meet you!!!

WOO HOO!!!! Look at us POP with our BOYS!! YES, I WROTE WITH OUR BOYS!!!!! Melissa found out she is having a BOY too!! I knew it all along and we are SOOOOOOOO EXCITED to now be blessed with having BOYS together and they will be 2 weeks apart... Melissa is taking all the credit for planning all of this... the pregnancy and the BOYS.. rightfully so Melissa!!! You were all correct with our first pregnancies and here you go again!!! I am so so happy for you, Kyle and my Presley girl!!! She is going to make one heck of a big sister!!!! YAY!!!!

This week Melissa's BOY is an avocado and my BOY is a sweet potato!!!!  We are both feeling great and needless to say WAY OVER THE MOON that we get to go on this awesome journey together AGAIN!!! Love you Missy xoxooxoxxo
