Tommy finally gets to take Valentina home to Chi-town!!
Congrats T!!! Tommy finally got her baby Valentina in NJ!!! T had to wait until Little V was old enough. Tommy flew out of Chi-town this weekend to pick little V up... she is so precious and I can't wait to meet her!! Little Valentina sure is lucky to have a mommy like T!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!
