John and Gia's Pediatric surgeon appt.

Today we went for the consult for Gia and John at the pediatric surgeon's office.. what a long day.. Both surgeries are set for next Friday 11/15. John will go first between 8 and 9 am and then Gia after.. we will get timing down next Wednesday. The kiddos can't eat or drink anything the morning of so we are trying to get the first appts. John will have his dermoid cyst removed and Gia will have the excess belly button skin removed and today we also found out she has a epigastric hernia.. so she will be having both surgeries done. The will both need general anesthesia and neither will require any hospital stay thank God.. The surgeon told us there will be minimal pain and John' s stitches will dissolve... Sal and I are both glad we got this scheduled so soon for them, but at the same time I know I will  be an absolute mess next Friday. I pray everything will go just fine.
