We saw on Fox 10 news that the Victorian Senior Centers were seeing if anyone would like to write to some of their elders in their facilities during this time of feeling so isolated and alone. Gia and I of course were emotional and looked through all the pictures and wanted to do them all. We chose 3 (Janis, 102 years old, Mavis, and Charles) from different facilities and made cards and drew pictures. Gia also told her Girl Scout Troop leader to see if the girls in her troop would be interested too and YES!!! The more the better! I am so blessed to have such a sweet kind hearted daughter that saw the importance in doing this selfless act of kindness. I am so so proud of her and her beautiful soul. Way to go my sweet girl!
John's little fish-fisheo passed away after 38 months.. he was a Beta and lived way past his life expectancy... it was sad ): John has a new fish now a special kind of Beta and his name is Bearcat... they also sent us another fish for free which is in one of the bigger tanks his name is Hellcat.
